"An absolute awesomeness and inspirational quality weekend of moving on the Gower. I thought Poh-Eng held great balance with things like Qi Gong, sharing circle, Authentic Movement with mover witness techniques, and also weaving in special moments like the gratitude ceremony to the sea.
I experienced Poh-Eng as having a gravitas when facilitating that felt very knowledgeable, intuitive, sensitive, strong, and able to hold the safety of the group pretty well. I perceived her presence and witnessing capacity as a strength and holding a great depth.
I really loved it and would definitely come to another event by Poh-Eng for this sort of thing, and recommend her work!"
– Samina, Bangor
Focus and Facilitation
The preparation warm ups have been inspired by the landscapes themselves; walking coastal paths or scrambling steep inclines to wild shorelines, giving time to deepen our kinaesthetic relationship with the land and our bodies. We will then open our energy bodies through qi gong exercises to immerse ourselves in the vitality of land chi.
Poh-Eng offers word magic, sound, and poetic imagery as a springboard for your creative movement practice.
She brings simple ‘scores’ as signposts for support; to resource yourself and your creative explorations.
Please note this movement work does demand a medium level of fitness due to uneven, hilly terrain.

"Really powerful movement work. I loved connecting with my body through different textures and surfaces - stone and sand.
I found the work with the pelvis particularly powerful."
– H. Ashley, Shiatsu practitioner and permaculture gardener
"Dearest time with the Land, the Stones, the Bones, becoming.
Slowness, Stillness, deep growls, opening wings of a dragon,
Becoming landscapes, A rolling heart rock, Snail slowness, overtoning.
Thank you Poh-Eng for guiding us gently to transmute into stone.
Always a blessing. Somatics deepened."
– Bones TJ, singer, sculptor, dancer, martial artist
"I found your style of working very gentle, spacious and creative. I especially enjoyed the outdoors exercises. These were very helpful offering an opportunity to calm down the thinking mind and drop down into the feeling body.
The exercises you shared offered us time and space to tune into the different natural mediums of the earth through sand, water through sea and mineral through the rocks all held and supported by the air.
I was able to surrender to and feel the resonance of these substances in my own body, helping me to feel more connected to the environment and in the present moment."
– John, Abergavenny
